These terms apply to transactions made through or initiated via neox1-labs.com unless different terms are agreed in writing.

Product descriptions, images and technical information are provided for general information and may be updated as the product develops. The indicated NEO X1 price is a starting price; the final price, taxes, delivery scope and any project-specific services are confirmed before purchase.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding purchase contract. A contract is formed only when the parties accept the applicable quotation, order confirmation or purchase agreement. Payment terms are stated in the relevant order documents.

Unless agreed otherwise, our offer includes delivery, unpacking and initial on-site setup. Delivery dates are estimates until confirmed and may depend on availability, destination and project requirements.

NEO X1 purchases include up to two years of software and mechanical assistance as described in the order. Support is subject to normal use of the product and the agreed service scope. This does not limit mandatory statutory warranty rights.

Our commercial offer allows a return request within three months of delivery, with collection arranged by us. The return is subject to the product being returned in an appropriate condition and to any conditions stated in the order confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Configuration and support for commercial deployments may be agreed for warehouses, merchandising, hospitality, barista and other projects. Upgrade or trade-in options for future models depend on availability and the commercial terms applicable at that time.

Applicable mandatory warranty rights remain in force. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable losses directly caused by a breach of our obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Website content, branding and product materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The robot must be used in accordance with supplied instructions, safety requirements and applicable law.
